Draft 2009 LEP
Following exhibition of the draft 2007 LEP from November 2007 to February 2008 Council received a number of submissions and consequently resolved to amend the exhibited draft and re-exhibit the revised Plan (known as draft Wingecarribee LEP 2009). The revised draft was on exhibition from 2 March 2009 to 9 April 2009.
Interested parties may still inspect the draft Plan and supporting documents through the links below, or at Council's Customer Service Centre during opening hours, or at local libraries during opening hours however the date for submissions has now passed.
