The New South Wales Department of State and Regional Development (DSRD) encourages investment and sustainable economic development in the Southern Highlands and across New South Wales (NSW) through a range of programs.
Small Business Programs
The Department offers a range of programs and services to assist firms at different stages of the business life cycle and to support those with particular needs and opportunities.
Regional Programs
The Department works actively to build a stronger State by delivering services to regional enterprises, industries and communities. It also recruits new investment to regional areas of NSW.

Industry Programs
The Department runs numerous programs and initiatives to assist industry including: the Australian Technology Showcase; the NSW Innovation Council; the Meat Processing Industry Restructuring Program; and the Industry Capability Network (NSW).
Investment services
The Department provides a range of services to companies interested in establishing or expanding their operations in Sydney and NSW. Our investment team also follows up with investors to ensure that their project is proceeding smoothly and to offer further assistance if required.
